Our payment return policy applies to the purchase of physical goods before they are shipped to the customer. If a customer has purchased virtual goods (downloadable file) or physical goods that have already been shipped to them, we cannot offer a full or partial refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be physical and in status before shipment.
